"Lovely old cottage with everything we needed, fantastic views, the cream teas that were left for us was a lovely touch, the decking area was very disappointing and in need of some upgrading, great location for visiting other areas of interest in easy reach, overall we had a great holiday and would love t go back again, "

"We had a wonderful time staying here. The cottage and gardens are more beautiful then the pictures show. Plenty of games and toys to keep the kids entertained, and an abundance of space inside and outside. Would thoroughly recommend to stay."

"The property was very nice although not as big as it looked on the photos could have done with a few more toilet rolls one was a little surprising and a frying pan that would work would be ideal oh and parking outside the property would have helped especially with a baby"

"Lovely little cottage, well equipped . Friendly hosts. Really appreciated the welcome pack with Milk , teabags, biscuits etc , thank you 😍 Parking space is a bit tricky to access via a narrow drive , but not enough to stop us wanting to go back . Jack and Jill bathroom accessed from both bedrooms but one of the doors didn't lock properly so if travelling as friends need to know when the other is in the bathroom 😂 Overall really loved it here and would definitely go again "

"Lovely accommodation. Everything was there for us. Great hosts. 5* cream tea left for us and they let me have some of their runner beans for our dinner one evening. Definitely need a car to get around ."

"The cottage was a great little base to go explore the delights of Cornwall, it has all you need for a base in a nice area. Although like other's have mentioned previously, the bed isn't the biggest and quite hard but some prefer a firm bed, but it's not for us unfortunately "

"We had a lovely stay at this cottage being 5 adults and plenty of room but may of been a bit pushed if 6 for sitting room but perfect for us. It's a bit way out on single track road and at first was a bit worried about but found perfectly ok by end of holiday. Kitchen was lovely only downside but it didn't affect us a very small ice compartment but luckily we didn't get much frozen food . There are some steep stairs but a great hand rail so not a problem but worth mentioning if you have mobility...

"The cottage is very cosy and comfortable. It is clean and well maintained. It was actually larger than we imagined it would be. It is located in a lovely small town and right on the quay with beautiful views across to Instow beach and the Devon countryside . Communication with Derek the host was first class and we were welcomed with some lovely gifts.We look forward to returning to this little gem again. "

"Beautiful property, thoughtful touches to make the stay easy. Downstairs shower great after the beach. Absolutely amazing location and loads of information in the folder. Very fun jumping off the harbour wall at high tide! Easy check in process and clear instructions re rubbish etc. thank you Steve and Louise! "
