This three-bedroom home sits atop the ocean bluff, providing great front row views and nearby beach access. This Sea Ranch home is in an ideal setting for a fun-filled vacation of exploring tide pools, hiking along the bluff, and capturing breathtaking sunsets as you settle down for the evening.

This three-level home is cozy and inviting, with tall ceiling, and large picture windows throughout the main living area, offering impressive ocean views. Upstairs in the living room, there is a comfy seating, stocked bookshelves, and an electric fireplace creating an ideal environment for group entertaining.

The contemporary kitchen was renovated with modern features, while maintaining the home's original rustic appeal and classic Sea Ranch style. This space is sure to be a chef's joy, and includes a coffeemaker, dishwasher, microwave, and breakfast bar with additional seating.

On the first level, downstairs, you'll find all of the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and its own private door to the secluded hot tub. Two additional bedrooms each include queen beds. The living room sofa pulls out into a queen bed as well. With three bedrooms, and two-and-a-half bathrooms, eight guests will rest comfortably and can easily manage their day and night routines.

If you need to work on the go - this home offers WiFi. A washer/dryer is available for added convenience, and guests will have access to satellite cable TV, and a DVD player, so family movie nights are encouraged. Up to two family dogs are welcome as well.

Adirondack chairs are strategically placed outside - watch the sun rise as you drink your morning coffee, or sit and watch for sea life peering out of the ocean waves.

Sea Ranch offers three rec centers with tennis courts, and saunas. Guests staying at this amazing rental will have access to all the the trails and beaches that Sea Ranch offers. Golf is nearby at Sea Ranch Golf Links. The Gualala River is nearby and vacationers can purchase rentals for kayaking, canoeing, and more.

The Sea Ranch and its surrounding communities have a variety of small and unique shops, eateries (Trinks Cafe is a local favorite!), and art galleries to explore. For wine tasting, Annapolis Winery is open daily and under 10 miles from your door.

Guests can plan a fun-packed adventure, a restful retreat, or fuse the two for a memorable Northern California Coast experience with friends and family. This Sea Ranch vacation home truly offers something for everyone.

*For safety reasons, it is advised that children staying in this home be 12 years of age or older.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Stoney Home
Our stay was lovely and the weather was awesome. The home has great views and lovely amenities. The surroundings are tranquil and peaceful. The home should use an upgrade here and there, but so could we all!! Never a bad moment renting this place!

Great view
Wr picked this house for the views and the layout of the upstairs. And the views could not be beat! However we were a little disappointed on some of the cleanliness in the bedrooms and the carpets in the secondary bedrooms were not very clean and smelled of animal urine in the rooms and couldn’t be used as an option for sleeping to get the ocean view. Bed pillows were old and stained. DVD player was missing but we made use of then streaming options available. Many light bulbs were out and we replaced what we could minus the light in the stairs which made navigating at night tricky. Also trash had not been picked up from prior renters and the property and Vacasa had conflicting days of service so it was never picked up for us. Otherwise we enjoyed our week there. Even though the cleanliness wasn’t the best it would be an option to stay again for the views and the upstairs living arrangements were great.

Amazing View
House was awesome. The view from the top floor and deck was unbelievable. The kitchen was pretty small but functional and has almost everything you might need excepte a cookie sheet that fits in the oven. The only issue we had was that the hot tub had been drained and refilled the day we arrived so it didn't get hot enough to enjoy until fay 3 of our stay. We will definitely be rebooting in the future just based off of the views.

The property is exactly as pictured. The home is beautiful, secluded and serene. Grocery store is a little further out so make sure you pack everything you need. Home is stocked with all the essentials. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful view but I would not recommend
We would not return to this house for the following reasons: many lights not working (knobs broken or other issues), inadequate kitchen items (no baking sheets that fit in oven, some pans unusable, no dishwasher detergent provided), sliding glass doors and windows leaked during rainstorm, lack of towels for kitchen and upstairs bathroom, all beds were very uncomfortable, and house was not very clean when we arrived.

Favorite tradition
We have loved coming to Stoney House the last several years. We have always been comfortable in the house and happy with its amenities. This year there were a few issues on arrival. All of the Adirondack chairs were either broken or off the cliff. Bottlecaps and tin foil all over the yard. The master bath door has fallen off the hinge. There was dog urine on the master bedroom curtain (We washed the curtain and rehung it) It was windy and stormy and water leaked through the upstairs slider doors and created puddles on the floor. We tried to keep it at bay with towels. A hanging picture was broken inadvertently. We cleaned up all the glass and left it for housekeeping to see. We are looking forward to staying again next year and hope to see Stoney House continue to get the care it deserves.

Insane View
There are truly things we LOVED about this house. The view was just amazing. Although, we enjoyed our stay it wasn’t the most comfortable home. There were several deferred maintenance issues. Such as, many windows did not open, there were not screens on sliding doors, you have to be very assertive while locking sliding doors, and the deck may or may not be dangerous to stand on. I think the kitchen was fine, a bit small but workable. We loved the breakfast nook/table. I presume that due to this being a pet friendly place, the bedroom carpets are very stained and have a strong odor. We have a dog but it is fully potty trained and would never bring it anywhere if it would relieve itself indoors, just sayin. Not to detract because the views were wonderful but this house needs some love. This tends to be a reoccurring theme in these rentals that we are forking out large amounts of money for (+ massive service fees). If we pay your mortgage, fix your house.

The VIEW!
The view was STUNNING. You are literally on a cliff watching the waves crash into rocks right below. It's truly breathtaking and it made up for any other isses.suggestions we had for the house. The house has a great layout and all the beds had a temperpedic.memory foam topper which made them all super comfortable. It has a very rustic vibe which is part of the charm. That said, note the house is definitely old - and in need of some repairs -It has a lot of deferred maintnenace needed, water stains, could use some weedwacking and windows are super old, but you come here to get away and enjoy the view so it didnt bother us. That said if you have kids, that cliff is no joke. Luckily the house connects to a fenced in deck and a hot tub area that is fenced in so we werent concerned. You can keep them contained. Note to owners though: The little barn door gates on the hot tub fence were broken unfortunately - definitely recommend that being fixed for safety. We propped up chairs to keep the kids and dog from running out by the cliff. Perfect place to work remote. Strong wifi upstairs (less in the master). Recommend moving the router to master. New floors and carpet. We loved it here! The neighborhood is just a small road so limited on getting out and walking the dog or taking bikes out with kids. For that I'd recommend the bigger neighborhoods with lots more streets. We also didnt have beach access or walking path access here but being on top of this cliff is truly the appeal!!

Mice infested and biting bugs trash cans full No help from property management
This was hands down the worst vacation experience we have ever experienced a lot of things were broken and missing when we arrived plus the garbage cans outside the home were full from the previous guest so now where to throw the trash out also hair on bed pillows and both sofas stains on the carpet in various places holes in the walls as well deck with the bbq is falling apart very unsafe bbq is actually sinking and boards are failing no screens on the sliding doors or 90% of the windows so we let the vcsa rep that contacted us through text asking us to rate the cleaning when we arrived we sent them pictures of all the findings that was the day we arrived on a Thursday around 4:30 they said the were so sorry and would contact the local team to get the trash cans empty and thanked us for sending the pictures and comments and that as soon as they heard back from the local team they would also reach out to us never heard from anybody on Sunday I had finally had it and texted them back and told them about the new issue the mice running around while we were watching tv and eating food on the kitchen counter as well as pictures of the droppings on the kitchen window sills not just one and many droppings again the Vcsa rep texted us that they would contact the local staff and get back to us as soon as they heard back from them it never happened once again just blew us off or didn’t care only thing that did happen was on Monday trash bin was emptied but we checked out on Tuesday mo

Great Stay

Fabulous house right on water !
This house was so fabulous. We stayed for three nights with our two littles ages 5 and 7. Parents of young children should know beforehand that this house is right on the edge of a cliff without fences. Our kids were old enough to stay away. The view is absolutely incredible whether it’s rain or shine. The house is clean and set up for your comfort while enjoying the view from the inside and outside. It’s close to Moonraker and Ohlson pools which are our favorites. We loved our stay.

Perfect view
This house is in a fabulous location! Perfect for me as ill recuperating from foot surgery. However, keep in mind the location is all the main feature. But this is not the house for you if you want to take a walk since it’s not on the bluff trail.

Beautiful House in Beautiful Place
The house was very clean. It's a little old, but it's extremely charming. Beds were super comfortable and the view out of the upstairs makes the entire rental. Hot tub was great too. Would definitely come back!

The view is spectacular. Vacasa communicated well with us. Kitchen equipped well for casual cooking. It appears some things are being upgraded. We were there a week after the “rain storms of the century” so downed fences and trees are understandable. We would come again.
