Enjoy your holiday in this cosy residence on a lively holiday park, on the harbour of Stevensweert. The house has a beautiful garden and a covered terrace: ideal for cosy summer evenings. A short walk takes you to the charming harbour with soothing views of the boats. The park offers plenty of fun for children, with a playground and a beach for cooling off on hot days. Let the holidays begin!

Embark on your own picturesque adventure in Stevensweert and Ohé en Laak: together the charming 'Island in the Meuse', where the river marks the border with Belgium. Discover one of Limburg's most beautiful villages and enjoy cosy evenings out at the nearby restaurant.

The region offers numerous beautiful cycling and hiking routes that start from the park. Take a cultural trip to the Hompesche Molen, the highest mill in Limburg, located in Stevensweert, and visit Maaseik in Belgium. Cosy shops, restaurants and cafés adorn the picturesque centre there

Gute Lage, guter Ausgangspunkt für Besuche in der Natur, in Städten und Dörfern. Möglichkeiten zum Radfahren und Wandern gibt es reichlich. Int Broox, gutes Restaurant und immer geöffnet. Freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Das Haus kann aufgemöbelt werden, hier und da gibt es überfällige Wartungsarbeiten.

Das Haus an sich war sehr schön,aber leider nicht ganz so sauber. Ausserdem war viel defekt. Toilettendeckel fallen einem in den Rücken,Handtuchhalter fallen ab. Schubladen im Badezimmer sind locker. Die Dusche läuft aus. Der Grillrost war nicht zu benutzen (zu dreckig). Im Grill auch noch Kohle Reste vom Vorgänger.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Lage ist ruhig und direkt an der Maas. Im Haus hätten wir uns über Auflagen für die Außenstühle gefreut. Im Ort gibt es leider keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit, aber Maasbracht ist nur 5 km entfernt.

Hatte einen 2-wöchigen Urlaub, dank des schönen Wetters viel im Freien Radfahren und Bootfahren in der Umgebung. Schöne Umgebung und Natur! Die Hütte hat wirklich Bereiche für die Verbesserung: 1: Keine Fensterabdeckungen im Badezimmer im Obergeschoss, die Nachbarn könnten mitmachen, wenn sie wollen. 2: Toilettensitz unten ist lose, Deckel fällt herunter, wenn man sich hinsetzt. Wurde während unseres Urlaubs mit Klebeband repariert. 3: Duschkabine im Erdgeschoss sehr schmutzig! Schimmel ist am Boden in der Nähe des Abflusses und Kit Kanten. Im Bad im Obergeschoss kann man nicht im Stehen duschen, war sehr umständlich. 4: Wenige Pfannen und unzureichendes Dessertgeschirr vorhanden. Schöner Garten mit viel Grün, aber keine Liegestühle vorhanden, schade.

Der Kontakt mit der Kontaktperson war sehr angenehm, schnelle Kommunikation, freundlich und zuvorkommend! Haus war in Ordnung, hier und da könnte das Haus einige Wartung verwenden. Inventar der Küche war in Ordnung. Lage ist sehr gut, viel zu tun in der Umgebung, nehmen Sie das Fahrrad und Sie können viel entdecken

Es ist schwierig, das richtige Symbol dafür zu verwenden. Die Hütte war gut, aber nicht wirklich sauber. Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr minimal. Zum Glück waren wir mit 2 Personen unterwegs, sonst hätten wir ständig abwaschen müssen. Die Duschtür schloss nicht richtig, so dass Wasser leicht austreten konnte. Was den Platz angeht, gut. Der Park selbst war etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Viele Gärten wurden schlecht gepflegt, und es sah schäbig aus. Und das ist schade, denn der Aufbau war gut. Die Gegend außerhalb des Parks ist wunderschön. Hat schöne Radtouren gemacht. Ein gutes Restaurant im Park. Kurzum, unsere Woche war gut, auch weil das Wetter an den meisten Tagen schön war.

Entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen
Bei Ankunft war das Haus leider nicht gereinigt. Die Küchenutensilien wie Tassen und Gläser waren nicht für 6 Personen da und keine große Anzahl. Wir waren mit einem Kind unter 2 Jahren da, es gab nichts für Kinder vor Ort. Auf unsere Mail im Voraus kam nie eine Antwort. Hinzu kommt, dass die Heizung nicht funktionierte und es die ersten 11/2 Tage kalt war. Die Duschtür ging nicht zu und im gesamten Haus gab es Spinnen. Der Außenbereich war nicht schön, wurde lange nicht gereinigt und der Grill wurde von den Vorgängern nicht gereinigt. Gefühlt wurde das Haus lange nicht genutzt oder erneuert. Ein positiver Punkt sind die Betten, die waren bequem.
