"We were in Chattanooga for an overnight stay. No one was at the desk upon arrival. Had to wait while the phone rang about 25 times before someone came to the desk. Once someone was there, check in was quick. Parking is additional cost, which I will never understand with any hotels. The cleanliness is fair. There is a large amount of water due to use of the indoor pool. There was hair left in the bathtub from the previous guest. The refrigerator had an odd smell. I would suggest using baking soda...

"Our room was small but it worked for the purpose intended.. a place to lay our heads at night. The property is literally against the highway, and as others have mentioned, there is traffic noise. With the air conditioning on, we barely noticed it. The owners have placed a noise machine in the room but we never needed it. The listing states a kitchenette, but that is pushing it. If you plan to eat, make sure you bring your own plates and bowls for serving. The shower is RV size claustrophobic!...
