Breathtaking views!
The views from this home are gorgeous! We could not have asked for a better view to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Jerry was great with connecting us to area locations that we could enjoy with our family. Overall we had a fantastic stay!

A+ stay - great host and views
Jerry is a fantastic host. He has a cute dog. Fantastic views on the deck. Comfy bed and large bathroom. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and pots and pans for making some meals. My son, 3 yrs old had plenty of space to run around (energetic). Will visit again when we get the chance.

I Don't Recommend This Condo
The photos in this posting were taken many years ago. The unit is run down. There were amenities that were mentioned on the posting that did not exist. THERE WAS NO AIR CONDITIONING. Also, the bed in the 2nd bedroom was not a queen as advertised. These are deal breakers! There was a very tiny window a/c unit in the master bedroom. If you keep the bathroom door closed, it kept the bedroom around 76 degrees. The rest of the unit was HOT! The 3rd bed as advertised as a futon. In reality it is a bean bag bed that is supposed to sleep 2. When we attempted to use it, you sink right

Regal inside and out- light, airy and nature grounded delight
This spacious and cozy home invites one to relax into the beauty of nature whether sitting indoors or walking along a well tendered path to sit under a grapevine arbor to soak in the majesty of nature. It is a visual delight either expansive or up close. The hosts have far exceeded in creating an environment that is truly meant to open ones divine being into its state of peace: relax, enjoy, activate, breathe , soak it in! A true gem in all ways.... Countless This is a get away for any season or weather that we will certainly return to. My 11 month old granddaughter had lots of safe space to creep and crawl,. Two days later , back at work and still filled with the gifts this place offered.

Everything you need for a great get away
This property has everything you need for a relaxing get away. The ONLY thing we looked for and didn't locate was a small cooler for use in the car while we explored, but I'm betting it was somewhere! Janet is an excellent hostess, and the surrounding gardens are lush and calming.

Wonderfully Relaxing Showy Weekend
I made this reservation prior to Snowmagedden arriving in the Pacific Northwest. As the long weekend approached Janet, the site manager and I were in constant contact because it was looking like access the property was going to be very difficult due to the amount of snow. Unfortunately, Evolve Vacation Properties technically doesn't have a cancellation policy but I certainly wasn't about to agree to cancel our 3-day weekend! Janet created a miracle! The snow stopped, she had the driveway, etc. cleared, and she was able to get approval for us to travel down there on Sat. morning vs. traveling late Fri. night in the dark - and we were very grateful she did. She was also able to get a 1-day extension so we could complete our full 3-days there. Ultimately, because we have a truck, moving around the area turned out not to be a problem. The house is very comfortable and had everything you could need for a relaxing, snow-bound weekend! The view is stunning and easy to sit quietly and relax reading or watching tv.The bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and living spaces were all well equipped with more than you needed and Janet is very responsive to anything you need or have a question about. We usually travel in our 5th wheel but it was in the shop. If we had another opportunity to need a VRBO in this location - this would be the one!

Private getaway with a great view...
Roomy, comfortable, everything you can possibly need and privacy with a view of Rock Cove, Cascade Locks, Bridge of the Gods, and of course the Columbia. Entertained by red tail hawk and eagle while enjoying a casual drink on the deck. Hostess Janet was great and really can't say anything negative. Oh, and breakfast at Big River Grill.

This place is all it sells itself to be.
The hostess is friendly and helpful. Just one warning, if you have asthma or allergies to marijuana, it might not be the best fit. We loved the view from the deck of the lake and Cascade Locks across the Columbia River. Great place to just unwind.

Wonderful views, beautiful home, fully equipped
We stayed for 5 nights in the paradise that is Stevenson and the Columbia Gorge. Janet was a courteous host, checking on us often, she lives on site. She was even willing to allow another dog when a dog sitter fell through! She saved the day! The house is in a perfect location, a short walk to the town where there is a full grocery store, good restaurants, and the amazing Walking Man Brewery (perfect dog friendly patio and great food). There are plenty of hikes within 20mins of the house. The house is well equipped, Janet has thought of everything to make your stay stress free. The only down side (and I do mean only) there is one real bed, the other is a futon or sack bed. Our adult friends had a hard time sleeping on the beds. It would be perfect if there had been a traditional mattress in the second bedroom.

It was the best experience for our first time in Oregon!
I cannot described how amazing this place was! My first impression was this beautiful view we’ve got out in the balcony which you can easily access the view and enjoy it straight from the living room. Janet, the owner and our host was SUPER accommodating! Her place is equipped with everything you’ll ever need during the stay. Last but not least I just love how it was so secluded yet only less the a mile to town. Can’t wait to go back again!
