That being said, I was not contacted in advance to send my passport information before arrival. There is no "front desk" service, but it does state that you have to send your information beforehand. It was centrally located and great walking distance from just about anything. If you’re not a walker there is plenty of public transportation. There’s public parking garages but you do have to pay. The only issues we had with our room was the shower drain wasn’t working properly and water flood into the bedroom. we had to use all our towels to clean it up and...

"A good place to stay with close tram access, but was a little underwhelming for the price. Construction out front made it harder to get to as well. Two bathroom set up is actually one toilet and a separate room for one shower. "
