"Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The hotel owner made us feel comfortable and even provided umbrellas when she saw us heading out in a rainy day. Room was minimal but provided everything you need for a comfortable and warm stay. Definitely one of the cleanest places we have stayed in while traveling in Europe.
