Beautiful apartment block "Olympia", 4 storeys. In the resort 450 m from the centre of Sulden, in a sunny, elevated position, 50 m from the edge of the forest, 750 m from the skiing area. For shared use: terrace, garden furniture. In the house: reception, bar, breakfast room, sauna, steam room (all included), relaxation room, lift, ski boot dryer. Breakfast on request (extra). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Shop, grocery 450 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 100 m, café 20 m. Walking paths from the house 10 m, cable car 1 km, chair lift, skisport facilities 750 m, ski bus stop 20 m, children's ski school 900 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Kanzellift 1 km, Rosimbahn 2.6 km, Langenstein 700 m. Hiking paths: Sulden am Ortler, Madritschhütte, Schöneck. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
