"We booked two nights on hotels.com a day before we arrived and received all the notification etc. However, when we arrived, the managers had no idea that we were coming. They also didn't speak any english (fair enough) so it was difficult explaining to them that we had made a booking. Even worse - they eventually told us it would cost us 90 Euros a night yet we had already paid 130 Euros online for each night....which included breakfast. "Paulo and family are excellent hosts. Caring and considerate, we felt very at home. The property is incredible and very well maintained. The infinity pool overlooking the countyside is amazing.
