"Overall, this was a fantastic steal of a deal for our family of five! You cannot get a better view and feel than this - the condo directly faces the ocean, so you see and hear and feel it all: the sunsets, the waves, the breeze. There is a very nice little beach (a hidden gem!) a very short walk away - we loved spending evenings there. As for the condo itself, it can definitely use some upgrades. One thing we wish the condo offered freely is a washer/dryer since beach trips require daily laundry, especially if you are with kids. The property manager was absolutely fantastic in her communication - she was very responsive and addressed our questions almost immediately. I wish the listing had more photos so we could have a better understanding of what to expect. The condo offered linens and bath towels (I dont take this for granted), and there were some beach towels but not enough for our group, so I'm glad we brought our own. The area is nice, with fast food and grocery stores nearby. Our favorite place to eat was Cafe 43 downtown - their croissants are to die for! Rincon Surf School is THE place to get surfing lessons (we tried a few surf instructors and RSS is definitely the best!). Finally, if we are to come to Rincon again, we would definitely consider this very condo again."
