Launch your boat on a public ramp just 2 blocks away from this 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom vacation rental condo situated on the Steinhatchee River in Florida’s Big Bend region. Start each morning sipping coffee from the balcony where you can view beautiful sunrises before eating a hearty breakfast prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. Spend the day scalloping, fishing, boating, driving along tranquil country roads, or trying the local fare at restaurants.
Our terrific location in Steinhatchee has quick access to marinas, boat ramps, and one-of-a-kind restaurants! This 2 bedroom condo (1 main floor/1 loft) is about 250 steps away to the new Steinhatchee Marina, Roy's, Crabbie Dads and is 1/4 mile from Sea Hag Marina. Our main floor features a well-equipped living/dining/kitchen area; a bathroom with separate commode & tub/shower; and a private bedroom with a queen bed. The upstairs loft has a 1/2 bathroom with a queen bed.
A nice spiral staircase leads to the loft, which has a comfy private area with a view of the Steinhatchee River.
The living room features a comfortable sofa, easy chair, and rocking chair and the dining table has 4 matching chairs. The kitchen is stocked with the basic cooking/dining needs; a large coffee maker (pods or full pot), microwave, refrigerator and stove. The balcony has two wood rocking chairs and offers a beautiful view of our sunrises. Our condo is located on the third floor (no elevator) and there are three open stairwells for easy access.
