"Was für ein schönes Ferienhaus und sehr freundliche Besitzer. Bei der Ankunft ein herzlicher Empfang mit hausgemachtem Kuchen. Für die Kinder wurden im Garten allerlei Spielgeräte aufgestellt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Auch der Garten ist groß und wunderschön mit allerlei Obstbäumen und Blumen. Die überdachte Terrasse sorgt dafür, dass Sie lange draußen sitzen und essen können. Die Gegend ist ruhig, aber im Umkreis von einer halben Autostunde gibt es viele tolle...

"Pros: Very quiet neighboorhood, with little traffic going by. Perfect place to bring a dog, as the entire property is fenced in, and there are nice areas to walk the dog. Cons: No A/C, so in the warmer days it was hard lr impossible to cool down."

"This was an nice, little house with everything you need. It was a little basic but nevertheless you had everything. Hot tub was very nice and also the sauna! Would recommend!"

Bungalow at Heeder See with sauna, bath tub, plunge pool, 8 pers., Wi-Fi,

Hazardous, outdated and dirty.

"Took up to an hour for the owner to arrive to give us the key into the home. I called the provided number twice to be hung up on (as I only speak English). The owner was able to bring a younger adult to translate. The home is mostly advertised for its hot tub and sauna. My grandmother had planned to use the king-sized bed downstairs; however, I realized she would hurt herself if she need to use the bathroom at night. The drop-down stairs to the second floor bedroom were in the way of her door. If you were to stay upstairs (only twin beds available), you would have to leave the stairs lowered as there was no way to reel the stairs back up once up there to sleep. There were little to no blankets. Available duvets and pillow cases smelt of body odor, and were extremely outdated. We traveled far and couldn’t bring our own blankets, unfortunately. If we had stayed, my 81 year old grandmother would have froze at night."

"My stay at the Arkadenhaus hotel was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the hotel manager. Despite my limited understanding of German, the manager went above and beyond to help me find the places I wanted to visit. Their patience and dedication made my trip much smoother and more enjoyable. The hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained, but it was the manager's extra effort that really stood out. I highly recommend the Arkadenhaus for anyone looking for a welcoming and supportive stay."
