We had booked the hotel last minute and he was so accommodating from the very beginning!! His kindness will never be forgotten. The rooms were beautiful and clean and so spacious! We would stay there again in a heartbeat. "

Arrived early at the hotel as the flight was early , had to be ready for 15:40 for a wedding the check in was at 15:00 so they agreed for us do check in at 1300 which was great and allowed us to get ready and not rush . Alex was brilliant at reception very helpful . Also a young lady with dark hair couldn’t get her name wrote down details of the trams and stations we needed to stop which was on point and hustle free . Breakfast was good and loads of item to chose from . Would definitely stay here again and would also recommend this hotel . "

"The front staff went above and beyond explaining how to use the transit system and spoke good English. Nice to have access to clothes laundry machines. The dryer took 90 minutes to dry a small load, luckily the laundry room is open 24 hours"
