"Ok place to stay with a small kitchenette, close to the train station & shops, and food places that are open relatively later during the evening. Note: there is no reception deck. You have to connect through emails/ calls. The same code is used to enter the building, your room, and other sections. The issue is that one is supposed to get code a day in advance, which has not worked well for 2 times I have stayed here. One gets a quick response after contacting the Vision Apartments support team...

"The studio flat is exactly as shown in the photos. However, if you travel during summer, consider that it gets quite warm as there is only one window and air does not circulate a lot. The room was not ready by check-in time. Also, although they said the cleaning service was every 3 days, this only happened once and skipped the 2nd cleaning day. Carmen was very accommodating and was quick to respond to messages if we needed anything. My friend, my boyfriend and I stayed here during a visit for Basler Fasnacht and it was exactly what we needed. We would all highly recommend this beautiful apartment!"
