Great stay!
We ended to having a smaller group who were all able to stay on the top floor. Quite spacious and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped. The location was great. Only steps away from the closest bus stop to go to ski. Highly recommend!

Great location, very close to bus line. Condo was in disrepair and not particularly clean. Additionally, the condo was poorly equipped, lacking silverware and other kitchen items. Also, management company communication regarding issues was nonexistent.

The 2 bedroom downstairs , is only 1 bathroom and was in one of the bedroom, we do t like that.

Nice spot close to slopes
Overall, the house was pretty good. Plenty of space for 8 people, house was nice, and it was easy to walk to the slopes or hop on the bus. However, communication with the host was very bad. Prior to the trip, I was given multiple email addresses to communicate with which was confusing and I didn't get a response from any of them when I had a question. Also, the kitchen was lacking some staples so make sure to bring whatever you might need for cooking.

Expectations
When we arrived the place was REALLY dirty! The first 3 days of our vacation was spent working with management company to get a number of things fixed. The owners and property management were very responsive but we should not have had to deal with this issue. Condo has a really good location relative to the mountain. The two upstairs bedrooms are nice. Kitchen has good pots and pans/knives for any cook. Furnished very nicely w working fireplace. Lower level has a bit to be desired. One room is like sleeping in a cave, one small stream of light. The other room is fine. Overall I would give it a 4/5 rating after everything was cleaned. If you rent it make sure it is cleaned well and ask for firewood. Those little woods bundles from the Store get expensive!

Was an older home with some updates. Very comfortable and plenty of room for our group. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Home could be cleaned better and needed many small problems fixed. Also needs to supply more dish towels , paper towels and dishwasher soap.

Smokey truth!
The listing stated smoke free however, upon arrival the condo was so full of cigarette smoke that I got a headache! The fully stocked kitchen included pans that weren’t usable as they were so scratched we were afraid to use them. One garbage bag, one pod for the dishwasher, ripped screens or no screens.....$$$ cleaning fee what a joke a child could do a better job!

Great place to enjoy Steamboat!
A group of friends stayed here for the Tour de Steamboat bike ride and this unit met all of our needs! 4 BR, lots of space, awesome deck to hang out on. The only missing item was soap for the dishwasher. Hope to come back again in the fall!

Great location and layout
Perfect location and layout for two families with 4 teenagers between them. Nice layout with some bedrooms on the lower level and two bedrooms on the upper level gives both some privacy and separation. We'd stay here again! Only downside is the lack of TV in the main living area.

Close to slopes!
Overall a lovely place and really close to the gondola (quick bus ride). Quiet neighborhood and a good amount of parking. Really solid place, nice furnishings and a moderately stocked kitchen. We ranked 4/5 as we have stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this one had a few issues compared to most but the property manager made up for much of it with responsiveness. The laundry room had a faint smell of smoke, there were a few lights out and a few areas where it was a bit dusty, the pots/pans were in mediocre shape. I would really have wanted a TV in the main room to decompress with friends in the evening. We would recommend the place in the overall grand scheme of things.

A lot of space for multiple families. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. Just would recommend the cleaners make sure to leave enough toliet paper and matches for lighting a fire.

Great location close to the ski area and right next to the bus stop. Beautiful decorated, very comfortable and comfy beds. Great for families or multiple couples. Would stay here again.

Great family home
Great place to stay for 5 adults and a child. The master and queen bedroom are situated on the 3rd floor, up a few flights of stairs. The twin and bunk room are on the same level as the entryway, while the main living area is on the 2nd floor. It was spacious and well equipped for our family of 6, but we did need to buy logs for the fire as these weren’t provided. Other basic items had been overlooked by the cleaning staff but the property manager was quick to respond by telephone and replace them. The house is directly on the bus line into town and the gondola for skiers. Alternatively, we walked to the gondola one day from the house and it was surprisingly close. Overall it is a great home and location to stay for a ski trip, if a little overpriced like steamboat in general.

I, and four friends spent a few days in this house. It was perfect. Up on the hill, away from the main road, but only a few minutes from the grocery store, downtown, etc. It was perfect. The bedrooms were great, the kitchen was great, etc.

Lovely Townhome in a Fantastic Location
This townhome is in a fantastic location close to the ski slopes with a bus stop at the end of the driveway. The townhome is well cared for and is cozy. The kitchen had enough dishes, pots and pans to cook dinner for hungry skiers. Reserving was easy and directions to the condo were clear. There were 7 adults on our trip and we very much enjoyed our stay.
