We had a wonderful time in this beautiful downtown condo. It was so clean, wonderful decor, and in a great location. The owner was so nice and very quick to reply to questions. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this place!

1st time visit to Steamboat & condo was a highlight

Great apartment right in the heart of downtown Steamboat. Very easy to walk all over town. The apartment itself was well played out and furnished with everything you need. Definitely would stay here again.

Matt’s condo in downtown Steamboat Springs
We loved our stay at Matt’s place! The entire space was very clean and was stocked with all travel necessities. The condo was comfortable, beautifully designed and a perfect for our family of 5. We loved spending time downtown and at Howelsen Hill. We would definitely stay again!

Great apartment in a great location
Highlights for us included: -wine on the counter -great ground coffee in the cupboard -all the restaurants we wanted were within 1/4 mile -great views of Howelson hill across the street. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom were well appointed. There were humidifiers for the bedrooms. No complaints here! Great place to stay. Would love the stay again.

The Perfect Vacation
The best place to stay in steamboat! Walking distance to everything including the library and multiple playgrounds which is great for kids. You can rent bikes or tubes for the river right across the street. The view of Howelsen Hill can’t be beat. I’m very jealous of anyone that gets to stay here during the 4th of July or Winter Carnival. Matt was a fantastic host and super responsive to every question we had. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a fantastic time at Matt’s property. He was very communicative. Place was as described. Very clean. Location perfect for families that has mix of non skiers , advanced skiers and beginners. All the restaurants around were delicious! We will be back

Great spot
This place is very clean, updated and comfortable. Looks better in person than the pictures. Great location right in town, but not on the main street. So many restaurant choices within 1 block of walking. Beautiful view of Howelson Hill, the oldest operating ski hill in the US. Which was also an easy place for beginner and intermediate level skiers to use if you didn't want to make the trek over to Steamboat Mountain. Would stay again in a heartbeat

Perfect downtown condo
Best location. One block to shuttle and a dozen great restaurants with 2 blocks. Condo has beautiful views of Howelson Hill. Lots of natural sunlight in the afternoon. Private off street parking spot is right under the condo. And our car served as a convenient ski locker. We highly recommend this rental.

Directions and check in was easy. Condo was welcoming… bottle of wine on counter waiting for us!!! It was clean and had everything we could have needed. Communication with owner was perfect as well as the location. Walked to everything we wanted to. Bedrooms were warm during the day but we kept the doors closed and the ac in the living room kept it cold. At night opened the windows and used the fans provided and we were fine! Very nice place!

Summer getaway and gravel bike race
The location of the property overlooking the heart of Yampa street is hard to beat. Steps from restaurants, coffee shops, Yampa river, bike shops, you name it. Everything was exactly as advertised and communication with host was smooth. The unit has everything you need; high quality coffee maker and coffee, bottle of wine, fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, etc. The big picture window overlooking Yampa opens you up to spectacular views. My wife and I had a spectacular week. We are coming back next year. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Unit
This condo is a great choice. It is right downtown with a beautiful view of Howelsen Hill, with many restaurants on the same block, and right by the Yampa river path. It is a desirable corner unit, on the third floor (you do need to carry luggage up three flights of stairs). The bedrooms are on the back side, so it is very quiet for a downtown property. The kitchen and bathroom are well-stocked, including a lot of special travel amenities. (I would say the one bathroom is pretty small, however, especially if you are using all the beds.) Everything is newly renovated and cute mountain modern decor. Would stay again and highly recommend!
