This beautiful 3 bedroom/3 bath Dulany condo is located steps away from the Steamboat ski area. This top floor remodeled condo features views of the Yampa Valley; the Steamboat Ski Area! The open floor plan allows for your family to enjoy time together sharing a meal or stories of your adventurous day! Each room of this condo is decorated with a mountain modern touch. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The dining area has seating for 8 at the table with 2 additional seats at the breakfast bar. The living room provides plenty of space for your family and friends to relax together. There is a large HDTV above the gas fireplace. The condo does feature a TV in each bedroom. There is free WIFI to keep everyone connected and a newly installed A/C system throughout which will keep everyone cool in the warmer summer months.

The master suite features a comfortable King bed and en-suite bathroom with updated fixtures. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed with en-suite bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed with a bathroom in the hallway. A sleeper sofa is provided in the living room for your additional guests.

Great family gathering place
In town for a long weekend with adult children. Great location, super comfortable beds and beautiful furniture. The kitchen was very well appointed with every supply needed and the large dining table provided a nice meal gathering spot!

The listing underestimated the stunning views and easy walking distance to Steamboat resort base. The unit was quiet with easy access to the local walking trail. Just be prepared for a shower door that leaks. Hopefully the owners will repair that soon.

Convenient, cozy and comfortable
The property was clean inside and out. Having three bathrooms was a delight, the kitchen included sufficient flatware, plates, glasses, etc. as well as kitchen appliances and utensils, the views from the 5th floor were lovely, the two balconies were used and appreciated, seating areas were comfortable, all rooms were decorated tastefully, the guests in the surrounding apartments were quiet, the location of the condo is superb.

Outdated building, management just ok
The views are great, especially of the flat tops. You can hear the creek below too, which was wonderful. The living room and kitchen area is open and bright with lots of windows. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very dark, with poor lighting and windows facing the noisy outside hallway. Parking was easy. Great location. The outside of the building is very dated; spalling concrete beneath most railings. You have to go up or down stairs to get to the very noisy elevator; the elevator makes a disturbing sound every time. There was a dog barking on the second floor the entire stay. The sink handle in one bathroom was not attached. The master bedroom tub makes a loud gurgling sound every time the toilet flushes. The place was not cleaned very well; hair, crumbs, greasy stovetop, mildewy shower curtain. The bed linens do not fit the pillows or mattresses, so the end of the pillows are exposed, along with half the mattress, and neither had any kind of protective covers. The check-in process was terrible; our code did not work, and we were told to call different numbers only to have no one answer the phone. After four attempts of talking to people at Retreatia, we were asked if we used the pound sign first; it was very unclear that this was required before the code. The housekeeper tried opening the door at 8:30am. When we told her we would not be out until 10, she held up her schedule and tried to tell us our unit was first on her list. We told her to come back at 10, closed the door.

Stone's throw from the Gondola
We loved staying in Dulany 504! The condo unit had was super comfortable with everything we needed -- including a great view of the mountain from the 5th floor. A short walk from the Steamboat Gondola made this ideal for a small group with different start and stop times. We hope to return.

Beautiful Condo in a GREAT location
This was the perfect place for 5 adults. We loved the location. And as a bonus, it is right next to the creek. We could open the door to the balcony and hear the water. Everything was in close proximity. The condo was clean and had perfect space for all of us. We will stay here again when we come back and visit my family!

Wonderful Condo with so many personal touches and well-stocked kitchen! Location is great - a short walk to the main gondola. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths - perfect for our family of 4 (2 adult children) or 3 couples. Quiet. Clean. Nicely decorated. Beautiful condo but no A/C
I stayed with a few friends at the condo for my bachelorette weekend a couple weeks ago. The condo was beautiful. Amazing views and great location, however there was no A/C in the unit. This was unfortunate because of the summer weather. At night the fans helped cool down the unit. Luckily we were gone most of the day. With that said we still enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Everything was great. The only item was that it would’ve been great to have a working fireplace since it was chilly. We texted management and someone came by to try to hook up but he couldn’t get it all done. All in all - great place!

Gorgeous, Elegant & Spacious unit
From the spectacular mountain views, to the large wooden dining table, this was one of the best condominiums we've ever rented. Spacious living area, fully stocked (equipment) kitchen, Dish TV in living area, clean bathrooms, and convenient to Ski Resort. The five skiers in our family enjoyed the hot tub and the gas grill. Ample ski clothing & equipment storage areas. Working elevators, fresh linens, working washer/dryer combo , gas fireplace, and the reserved parking was enjoyed by the parents. We took advantage of the discounted ski lifts tickets and ski equipment rentals - and it was a significant savings for five skiers! Convenient to the Transit system to downtown & shopping - Red Line! Thank you!!

Outstanding!
This property met and exceeded our expectations! The views from all the windows were spectacular. There is even a brook that runs right by and sounds are so soothing. The unit is nicely furnished and very comfortable. The gondola is a short walk and opens up to the gondola square which has all the shops and activities. Our boys loved all the things to do close by. They have mini golf, the coaster, kids zone etc. Plus you can hike up the mountain right outside your door. The unit does not have AC but with the cooler temps at night it cooled right down with the box fans that are provided. We definitely would rent this unit again!
