This is a beautiful condo in a high-quality building: huge windows with great views, hardwood floors, granite countertops and stainless appliances, gas fireplace, a fantastic deck facing the Yampa River and Howelsen Hill, 680 thread count pima cotton sheets, goose down pillows and comforters, and a private heated garage.
It's beautifully furnished with comfortable leather couches and chairs, and quality beds. Unique art is displayed throughout. There's a cozy throw and pillow for everyone, and lots of places to curl up with a book. Or play one of the many games provided.
The master suite contains a king bed, the second suite contains a twin-over-full bunk bed, and there's a comfortable queen-size fold-out sofa in the living room.
The location can't be beat. Enjoy all that Downtown Steamboat has to offer. It's an easy walk to the shops and restaurants. Stroll downstairs to enjoy a spa day, or stop by the sports shop and rent your equipment for the day. Walk half a block to catch the free bus to the Steamboat Ski Area. Feel like cross-country skiing today, or get in a few quick downhill runs? Just cross the river on the nearby pedestrian
bridge to Howelsen Hill. You'll also find a great ice skating rink there.. Or walk to one of the many nearby bars with live music. Our favorite: the Old Town Hot Springs pools, just a few blocks away.
Be sure to make use of our electronics. Bring your laptop and catch up on email with our high-speed Wi-Fi. Or use one of the high-def, flat-screen Smart TVs with Xfinity cable.
If you're here to ski and you don't have a ski pass, I have 25% off discounts that I give out to my guests while supplies last. I also have 5 sets of snow shoes and 4 tubes (and electric pumps) for floating on the river that are available for guests to use, and a few bikes of varying sizes and types.

Favorite condo in Steamboat
This was our second (maybe third?) stay in this condo, and it’s still our favorite. We love the location in town, parking, view of the Yampa and Howelson Hill in the back, and convenient bus stop to the mountain a block away. The set up is great for a family, and you’ll have everything you need for a great trip!

Very clear instructions and super clean space. It’s very peaceful and has nice amenities which feel like things you would actually buy for yourself instead of just random stuff for a rental. The location is prime and the host was very helpful. I would recommend this listing and would stay again.

Great stay in Steamboat!
We did a quick weekend in Steamboat prior to school starting there was a great free music concert and an art fair as well as a very large farmers market. The place was great very central to everything close to parks, trails and great food! We brought our dog and she enjoyed it as well!

Fantastic stay
Fantastic condo in a quiet part of old town. Walkable to everything including great restaurants, shopping, the library, Little Toots park and Howelson Hill. 1 block off main and free bus. Plenty of room and nice deck overlooking the Yampa river. Great communication and well stocked condo. Will definitely return!

Perfect location downtown but quiet enough
We’ve stayed at this complex before and loved it. Beautiful condo, the location is perfect for a walk downtown but also quiet so it’s not noisy. Easy parking and friendly neighbors. Great communication with Kelly. Will stay again!

Great Downtown Steamboat Spot
This is such a great condo in downtown Steamboat. The location is terrific, with the bus stop to the mountain at the corner, stores and restaurants along Lincoln and Yampa in easy walking distance, and the Yampa River out the back patio. The condo itself is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, the washer/dryer appear pretty new, and the beds are comfy. Looking forward to our next visit!

Beautiful Condo and Area
We could not have been happier with the area and the condo. It is within walking distance of many nice restaurants and shops. There is a free shuttle that comes every 15 mins or so, one block from the condo. Super easy to use. Also, the best book shop and coffee shop one block over - Off The Beaten Path. We hope to be back, soon.

Absolutely lovely
Such a fantastic dog-friendly condo in the perfect location and exactly as described! With the Yampa right across the street you can relax and enjoy exploring the many hot springs and the parks on the quiet (but not boring!) end. The location is ideal to walk to almost everything, including downtown Steamboat and all the great restaurants that Kelly recommended, as well as all of the great downtown shops, and the farmers market (check it out!). Everything else is close by, so you don't have to drive far to experience the rest of Steamboat, including Fish Creek Falls (go early!). Highly recommended!

3 day visit
We visit Steamboat Springs 2 or 3 times a year. Usually stay in a hotel, first time in a condo. The convenient location to all of the downtown and mountain venues can't be beat. Parked the car in the garage and walked or took the free bus everywhere. Just need to add a hair dryer to the supplied provisions and Little Pony has everything you could want.

Everything you need
My husband and I and our adult son and gf stayed at Little Pony for a 3 night Steamboat ski trip. We wanted to be downtown near restaurants and bus to the hill. This location was perfect. At end of strip, bus stop nearby and walkable to many restaurants and shops. Each room had it's own bathroom. The condo is very roomy and well equipped with everything you need. Private parking spot in private garage. The host was completely reachable with any questions. Would 110% recommend and would stay again. Really lacking nothing.

PERFECT!
This unit is located within walking distance ( less than a block) of everything in downtown Steamboat Springs. That means good shopping and more great restaurants and trendy bars than you can possibly frequent. The unit is exactly as depicted, with everything you need for a stay. Communication with the owner/manager was very easy and timely. We do not hesitate to recommend this rental.

Steamboat ski trip
Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kiddos ages 11 to 6) had an outstanding trip w/ this condo as our base of operations for a week of skiing. Location is awesome. Walkable to the free mountain shuttle and numerous eateries - Mountain Tap brewery, creek side cafe, and powder day doughnuts to name check a few. If the shuttle isn’t your thing it’s only a 7 minute drive to either of steamboat’s free parking lots. Condo has all the amenities you’ll need - parking, laundry, full kitchen, a small patio w/ views of the Yampa - plus enough space to get a little quiet time as needed. The host is responsive and affable. Really a great find. We’ll hope to be back next season.

Downtown Dream
Loved our family ski getaway! The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Loved being downtown located near great shopping and restaurants. We cooked most nights and appreciated how well the kitchen was stocked with pots/pans and cooking utensils, plus all the spices left from previous visitors. We had some insignificant things pop up right at the beginning of our stay and the Kelly was quick to respond and so pleasant to work with. We rode the free city bus to and from the mountain. Pickup and drop off was 1/2 block from our doorstep. Loved the heated garage for our car. If you have an oversized vehicle, parking in the garage might not be an option but our GMC Acadia fit perfectly. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking.

Riverview condo Steamboat
This is a wonderful location with river view from livingroom and master bedroom, easy parking for second car in courtyard and single space in a garage. High ceilings, lots of light and lovely art. My one suggestion is that it's perfect for a family, e.g. with two kids or teenagers. For two couples. a queen bed in the second bedroom would be better than double+single bunk - but entirely clear in the photos and private baths in both bedrooms plus half bath downstairs. Generous kitchen + dining table and a small entryway for gear. Lots of closet space, big washer/dryer in unit.

gorgeous condo and perfect location
My husband, teenage daughter, dog, and I stayed at the Little Pony for 2 nights in early May. The condo is gorgeous, spotless, and extremely well-stocked. We loved how we could hear the river when the windows were open, and there is a lovely, close-up view of the river also! The location makes everything in town walkable, which we really enjoyed; and the main, paved biking/walking trail in Steamboat is right out the door. It was also a pleasant surprise that our higher profile vehicle still easily fit into the garage. Kathy is an excellent and friendly communicator and has thought of everything for her guests - great restaurant and activity suggestions; clear and detailed instructions about everything related to the condo, etc. We highly recommend the Little Pony!
