This Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom fully furnished condo boasts 1000 sq feet, beautifully decorated it is situated just a private gondola ride away from the Steamboat base area. The open floor plan makes this condo feel spacious, yet comfy. All are located on one level. The Master bedroom has a King bed and a flat-screen TV with a private bathroom. The second bedroom will have a set of twin beds this is the perfect place for children to relax.

The living room has a new sleeper sofa as of Jan '23 and new rugs around the entire unit to keep it fresh and new like the unit and complex are.

There is a well-equipped kitchen to cook a few meals and storage as well. Perfect for a family, this unit has all the comforts of home. large flat-screen TV and great city views.

The unit is fantastic, but the amenities across the street shine. There is a state-of-the-art fitness center, game room an amazing Saline Pool, a community grilling area with 2 large gas grills, and a fire pit. In addition, there is the grotto area outside, featuring 3 hot tubs and an outdoor, saline, heated pool with plenty of seating with beautiful mountain views.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very spacious and in excellent condition. My only negative comment is one that I leave at most units: lighting is too dim for comfortable reading. Please consider brighter reading lamps in bedrooms and living room. Thank you

Well appointed and conveniently located
Simple check-in with keyless access to a very nice property in a convenient location. Pros: Right at the base of Steamboat mountain and less than a mile from the gondola to the top. Hot air balloons floating by the balcony. Nice pool and 3 hot tubs within 2 blocks of the unit. Brick pizza 3 blocks away with great food. Only a few miles to downtown shops and access to outfitters for tubing or fishing on the beautiful Yampa River. Cons: Construction every day but Sunday that starts at 7:30am and goes all day. Projects on both sides of the unit made it feel like we were on the construction site. Open windows kept the unit cool, but didn’t block out the noise of the neighbors, dogs and endless soccer or rugby matches at the field 100 yards away. Overall… it was a positive experience and post-2022, the construction should wrap up in the closest projects that looked mostly complete.

Family ski trip
The condo is in a great location, near Trailhead Lodge and the Wilderness Meadows gondola. Very convenient access to the Trailhead fitness center and hot tubs too. The condo is listed as sleeping 6, but it is not really equipped for six adults. There is only seating for four at the kitchen counter and four in the living room. We were five adults so we made it work. Would be difficult with six adults. The decor is very typical of mountain condos. The living room couch converts to a sleeper sofa, but the mattress is worn and not very comfortable. Other bedrooms are roomy and kitchen is fully equipped. Just enough towels and linens for six occupants, although they are showing their age. The humidifier was missing a piece but we got it working well enough. There isn’t any external ski/boot storage, but there was a great spot right inside the condo to hang coats and store helmets, mittens, boots, etc. All-in-all, it was a great spot for us and we were very comfortable. Price was very reasonable for what we received.

The condo was a great size, very clean, and we loved the pool! The neighbors are great. The only negative is without A/C or window fans it was hot during the day and hard to block out the outside noise: lots of construction all around the complex, dogs barking in other condos, late night conversations on other people’s decks.

This is exactly as described and was perfect for our family of 4. The kiddos were in one bedroom, living room and kitchen in the middle and my husband and I were on the other end. Great location! Highly recommend!

Walking distance to gondola square and easy access to get to downtown. Very clean and check-in staff was friendly. No A/C unit and was hot in the late afternoons when we returned from our adventures. Opening the windows and keeping them open through the night helped a ton.

Lovely condo in steamboat
Property was roomy and clean. Secure building. The amenities were really really nice, We used the pool a couple times, It's very large and heated. Need to look on the bulletin board to see what spot you park at. Steamboat can be quite hot in the summer, bring your own fan. There's an electric grill on the patio that worked better than we expected. It's a nice place!

What a wonderful place to stay! The beds were very comfortable. Location was key as we were there for a baseball tournament. (Unfortunately due to the weather it was cancelled.) The pool and 3 hot tubs were AMAZING! Great customer service from Retreatia.The dead bolt was broken when we arrived, and they fixed it the same day! We would 100% stay there again, and would go through Retreatia for any management company.

Really nice, clean, new place stocked with good amount of dishes/utensils and a comfy king bed and living room furniture. The beds in the 2nd bedroom are singles (I'm not sure this was specified in the description) so a little short for anyone close to 6'. Also, we visited on an extremely warm weekend (in the 90's) and the temp in the unit did get warm so something to keep in mind if you're visiting in the summer (as with a lot of mountain resort properties, there's no AC). A few decent restaurants and grocery very close by.

The condo was very nice! It had everything we needed and was only a short walk to the gondola. The beds were very comfortable. Nice linens! Very nice bonus that they got you started with detergents, foils and kitchen what nots! The only thing I would up grade would be tv picture. Just ok Overall, perfect for us!
