Our group of 6 stayed at this house over the 4th of July weekend, including two seniors and two teens.
Overall the house was very nice - very clean, and well cared-for. It is an old house with lots of character, and was fitted out with everything we needed, including a grill. The location is very convenient, especially being one block from the Natural Grocers store. Nicole was very easy to get in touch with and was responsive to our requests.
Two downsides to this house are 1) that there is only air conditioning in the master bedroom, so most of us did not sleep well at night due to high temperatures. There was a box fan, which we put in the bathroom window and tried to draw in cooler air from outside, but it was only somewhat effective. Also, because of having the windows open all night, there was a lot of traffic noise from the 4-way stop right outside the house. 2) The mattresses on the bunk beds are not very comfortable, and are only suitable for one person each. My father-in-law actually ended up sleeping on the couch.
Also, it should be noted that the bunk bed room is downstairs, which might be an issue if you have kids who need you during the night.
Other than the sleep situation, it was a very comfortable house to be in during the day. The front porch swing was a nice place to hang out, and the keyless entry made it easy for all of us to come and go as we pleased.
