Enjoy a movie night with friends on the streaming-enabled TV, catch up on social media with gigabit wifi, and sleep well in our cozy queen beds before your next big adventure. The peak of Quarry Mountain is visible from the outdoor covered patio; a great place to enjoy a morning coffee and soak in the sounds of the quaking aspen trees around you. Rules

Quiet Hours are 10 pm to 8 am. The hot tubs are open 9 am to 9 pm. Guests are limited to 2 cars per stay per the HOA rules.
Cars must be moved daily during snowstorms to allow the snowplows to clear the parking spaces and roads.
If the fireplace pilot light is tampered with or turned off, a $250 fee will be charged to have a specialist come out to re-light the fireplace.
