"First let me say it was clean and owner was good at communicating. Now lets get into minor issues: if 3 adults are staying there and you are providing towels you shoukd have 3 not 2. Place settings , this property says it is for 4, we had 3. Cutlery, plates and such were at most 2, bowls 1. You have a microwave but your plates and bowls have a metal ring on them not goid to use in microwave.Never did i have issues with noise in the middle of the night, during the day and evening it could be a bit noisy but its a basement so that is to be expected. I would say a door at the bottom of the stairs would alleviate much of that. Like i said most of these things were minor"
