"It was easy and simple. The room however did get quite warm but opening the window was not an option as we were on the 1st floor next to the road so sounds echo-ed quite a bit. Not a lot of plugs next to the bed/nightstands. Overall, it's fine - just not quite used to a self-service stay - which was pretty much common everywhere in Norway? It was nice that they had a self-service luggage storage - seemed safe as it was in Norway. "

"My family and I booked a family room for four through Expedia. Upon arrival, we found the room only had space for three. The receptionist said our reservation listed only two guests, but my booking clearly stated the room accommodated four.
