The place is good but could benefit from elevators. Being 3 or 4 stories under street level and considering that people visit the area with gear/coolers and luggage, it’s a work out having to bring in and then take everything out. Luckily, I can do it myself but I saw many other guests struggling.
Similarly, the check in was a little confusing. My reservation somehow was not in the system and it affected my experience as all I wanted to do is get to the room and rest with my family. I had kids and older adults holding the fort in the car for over 30 minutes while I was trying to check in.
The garbage disposal was not working and the water in the sink was slow to go down the drain.
The exterior could use a little sweeping.
