"Our room was 79 degrees with no air on when we entered. Most hotels turn the air on for you when you’re about to arrive. It was too hot to stay in the room. Once the AC was turned on it cooled down after 30 minutes. Someone came up to help us as soon as we called."

"For the last few years whenever we are in the area, we always stay at this Microtel Inn. It is very clean, quiet and has very friendly/helpful staff.
