"We have been renting cottages for 12 years, so this is not our first rental.. Great cottage in a private setting with great swimming- shallow sandy-bottomed water for the youngsters, but deep off the dock. However: 1/ the yellow floatie thing on the beach and the blue-topped cabana in the background of the photo of the property don't exist. 2/ lower bunkbed is unusable due to lack of support for the mattress 3/ BBQ is past its prime: works, but on its way out. "Lovely older cottage, so charming and clean, in established area of Port McNicoll, minutes to the neighborhood's own private beach! 10 minute drive into Midland which is a nice town with many amenities and restaurants. 2 bedrooms, also a fold-out futon which was a nice extra. Kitchen was well stocked with spices and condiments and had everything we needed for simple meals. We really enjoyed using the kayaks, paddleboard and sauna."
