We had a great stay. Owner was very good communicating check in and out process and asking how stay was going. Comfortable beds, nice living space. Easy access both walking and driving to MSU campus for a visit.

This property was clean and communication with management was adequate. However the curb appeal is terrible. Shrubs need to be cut back. Gutters need to be cleaned out. Also sidewalk needs some work so you don't trip on the cracks. Hall bathroom especially the sink is small. The thermostat is a little difficult to work and would increase the temperature at night over what we set it at when we went to bed, resulting in someone having to check it when we got hot. I would stay here again if a little TLC was given to this rental.

Fabulous House
When we go on family trips, we prefer to stay in a house rather than in a hotel because it affords us more room and is more comfortable. Of all the houses we have rented, this one was without a doubt the favorite of all our family. We traveled to Starkville to attend the Texas A&M vs State football game and the location of the house was perfect being within walking distance of a bus route that took us right up to the stadium. As for the house itself, having two living areas was a wonderul bonus but the gem of this house are the windows in the front room providing a beautiful view. My daughter-in-law and I both so enjoyed having our coffee sitting on the bench each morning and watching the sun rise. The only drawback of the house was the small bathroom that made it difficult to maneuver at times...and the fact that an inspector showed up for an inspection in the middle of our visit. We did find that rather strange. In any event, rent this house...you will not regret it!

Beautiful little home
This was a beautiful older home that was absolutely perfect for our baseball trip with family. I was very impressed by how well the hot water heater kept up with all of the showers our kids had to take!!
