This level also includes an open kitchen equipped with modern appliances such as a four-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a dining table. Additionally, you'll find a bathroom with a toilet and a separate toilet room. The upper floor consists of three bedrooms: one with two single beds, another with two single beds, and a third with a double bed, along with a separate toilet room.
