Bel appartement mais collé à la route
Grand et bel appartement, bien équipé, trés belle vue mer, possibililité d'utiliser bouées, paddles, etc, des propriétaires. Emplacement top pour aller au parc de Paklenica 2 points noirs nous concernant: la proximité immediate de la route (on entend voitures et camions nuit et jour) et la terasse non protegée du soleil qui la rend inutilisable même le soir.

Appartement très bien situé avec une vue magnifique sur la mer
Appartement superbe. Juste 2 points un peu plus négatif: pas assez de poêles et de plats pour le four et mettre une machine à laver dans l'appartement pour vraiment être à notre aise et ne pas déranger tout le temps les gens qui s'occupe de la résidence. Vesla et sa femme sont extrêmement gentils. Merci encore pour les petites attentions et les gâteaux trop bons. L'appartement est vraiment vraiment top😉

We waren te vroeg maar werden vriendelijk ontvangen. We kregen een drankje en wat te snoepen en na een uurtje was het appartement klaar. Het appartement is zeer ruim en het terras met loungebank en ligstoelen heeft een prachtig uitzicht over het water. Tijdens ons verblijf werden we verwend met taart, druiven en wijn. Halfverwege onze vakantie kregen we schone handdoeken en bedlinnen. De omgeving is prachtig, nationaal park paklenica is zeer dichtbij en ook de pitvlice meren zijn in anderhalf uur goed aan te rijden. Zadar is 45 minuten rijden, Sibenik ook anderhalf uur. Vanuit het appartement ben je in 100 meter bij het water waar je ook goed kunt zwemmen. Wij hebben echt een hele fijne vakantie gehad.

Wir waren zum ersten mal in Kroatien mit dem Auto und einem kleinen Hund. Wir haben uns sofort in das Land und in unsere Ferienwohnung verliebt. In der großzügigen Wohnung fehlt es an nichts. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist wunderschön und die Sonnenuntergänge sind spektakulär. Wenige Meter zum Meer und nur ein kurzer Spaziergang am Wasser entlang zum Ort Starigrad. Vesna, die Vermieterin ist unglaublich gastfreundlich. Ständig stand frisches Obst, Tomaten, Kuchen oder auch Wein und selbstgebrauter Schnaps vor der Tür. Eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden aber im September brauchten wir sie nicht. Fazit: Wir haben schon für 2020 gebucht und wollen diesmal drei Wochen bleiben. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Die Anfahrt und Ankunft waren super, die Wohnung/Haus war leicht zu finden. Wir haben Frau Zubcic vorher über unsere voraussichtliche Ankunftszeit informiert und wurden direkt von ihr und ihrem Mann empfangen. Die Wohnung ist super, sehr geräumig, schön eingerichtet und hat einen super Blick. Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist ein wenig beengt, aber die Kinder hat es nicht gestört. Die Ausstattung war auch klasse. Familie Zubcic ist sehr nett und sehr um das Wohlergehen der Gäste bemüht. Wir wurden mit Kuchen und Gemüse/Obst aus dem eigenen Garten sehr gut versorgt! Das ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit! Auch für Fragen und Tips standen sie immer zur Verfügung. Das einzige Manko ist die Hauptstraße, die man nachts durchaus hört. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz und der Strand selber ist auch schön. Wir danken Vesna und ihrer Familie für die schöne Unterkunft! Perfekter Service!

De ontvangst was allervriendelijkst. Bij aankomst kregen we zelfgemaakte wijn aangeboden. De verhuurster was zeer bescheiden en erg aardig en bleef ons verrassen met zelfgemaakte drankjes en hapjes. De accommodatie is luxe, ruim, met een fijne lichtval en een formidabel uitzicht. De omgeving van Starigrad is mooi. Het is tevens een prettige uitvalsbasis naar steden zoals Zadar en Sibenik.

We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouw, die overigens wat gebrekkig Engels praat. Ze doet wel enorm haar best zich verstaanbaar te maken. Tijdens de hele vakantie lekker eten van de gastvrouw gehad (tapas, cake, watermeloen), heel gastvrij! Het huisje is heel mooi, had enkel wel wat schoner gekund. De hoeveelheid viezigheid is echter niet storend. Balkon + uitzicht is geweldig! Omgeving eveneens ook. Starigrad is een goede uitvalbasis voor de nationaal parken. Plitvice is ongeveer 1,5 uur rijden, Krka 1 uur. In de directe omgeving eveneens veel wandelpaden. Het was een geweldige vakantie en wij gaan volgend jaar zeker terug. De locatie die Belvilla aangeeft klopt echter niet. Het huisje staat nog iets verder het dorp in.

Avant notre arrivée, j'avais envoyé un petit sms afin de prévenir l'heure à laquelle nous allions arriver (ce qui est la moindre des choses afin de ne pas bloquer les gens chez eux)! l'accueil fût des plus agréable avec des fruits de la région. . . et cela était le cas presque tous les jours, en rentrant, nous trouvions qque chose devant notre porte -) l'appartement neuf (2ans celui-ci) était impeccable et très spacieux ! tout le comfort (internet, télé, air-co, micro-ondes, LV, etc...) peut-être juste un petite remarque pour les personnes qui restent plus que 1 semaine, une machine à laver le linge afin de pouvoir rafraichir les draps, les maillots et essuies de plage... des gens aussi charmants sont rares, donc à recommander! la region est également superbe, beaucoup de choses à voir! cependant, pas ou peu de plages bien aménagées dans cette region. nous voulions faire du jet-ski mais très (trop) peu d'offres.

Het appartement is indrukwekkend, heel veel ruimte, mooi balkon met uitzicht op de zee. Heerlijk rustig en hartlijk ontvangst. Vanuit je appartement loop je binnen 5 minuten naar beneden waar de zee is en een loopboulevard die je kan aflopen naar het dorp toe.
