"I've stayed at multiple Homely Place units and it's been great. This time there were two maintenance issues which the housekeeper should have reported before a guest is inconvenienced: (a) the showerhead holder was loose and couldn't be positioned properly, so the showerhead had to be held in hand while showering; and (b) the safe box was found locked and couldn't be opened with the code provided by the office. "Our room was really nice, spacious, clean and looked out onto the court yard. The only bad thing was the shower tray was unstable in the middle, it was either broken or not been fitted correctly but it didn't effect our stay. It was in a fantastic position, close to the bus/tram services, shops and Christmas markets. Would definitely stay there again."

"This is a hostel which has private rooms. I had one of the later. I’ll admit the pictures are not quite representative of the rooms. "Filthy. Dirt and debris all over the floor including what looked like mouse poop. Fridge was full of old food debris and condensation. Toilet was filthy. Bathroom sink had no soap and was clogged. Couch has wet areas on it. Floor had sticky spots. Really nice apartment that, if properly cleaned, would be wonderful. Very close to old town with lots of dining options. Building itself is clean and quiet. "

"Very enjoyable stay with our two children. Hotel was clean with friendly staff. Breakfast selection was excellent. Room was spacious and ideal apart from the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable. Only downside was the pool was closed for our stay and that was the main draw of staying here. Would happily come back again though"
