The backyard was not usable due to maintenance issues (wasp nests and unmowed/unkept) which was disappointing as it was a selling feature - luckily it rained most of our stay and wasn’t a huge deal. The only thing that I found to be different than what I was used to was the entrance but it was never an issue for the duration of the stay. The beds were soft and welcoming, with clean linens and all the pillows one could ask for. The facilities were clean and stocked. It helped us to feel more at home away from home. "Was great with 2 exceptions...Outside maintenance of lawn and flower beds could use a little bit of work. Also arrived in a heat wave and there was no air conditioning. owners did bring in fans but that only circulate hot air - 3 days without coolness the heat - the least they could have done was some kind of reimbursement"

"Great accomodations with internet tv ( no local tv). Extreme south of the city so extra travel time if you need to go anywhere north. Noisy right now with apartment pilings being erected on the street behind - 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM , Mon to Fri."
