"This is a really beautiful hotel but i would not say that it is 5 star. The room was spacious & beautiful but the bathroom had a tub/show but no curtain or glass so every time you took a shower the floor was soaking wet. Maid service was very diligent & quick for the most part, they have a pillow menu but don't actually have the pillows when you order them & never delivered anything as an alternative. "In short: one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Worst of all is the customer service. There was only one person at reception who spoke poor English. All the rest of the staff speak only German, all information and signs are in German. When checking in, we did not receive any information about amenities, facilities, absolutely nothing. "Hotel Thermal has an impeccable location. The room was clean, comfortable. The staff is professional, friendly. The wellness and the outdoor thermal pool are perfect. Tasty and varied food is a matter of course here. We will be happy to come back."

"The property is clean and nice. Has a beautiful view. The reason for 4/5 stars is for hard access to the building if you have a stroller. Stairs are everywhere and not enough lifts or ramps "

"The room was super spacious..the pillows were huge for hugging!! Except for thd sysined carpet , it was fabulous...the location ideal, right in the middle of the pedestrian street Walk to mny restaurants along the canal.like..to the Thermal spa Maria at reception was very hospital & helpful! Got bottle of free wine!"

"Wir haben im Ferienhaus bei Thomas und Elfriede nur beste Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und prima eingerichtet. Das große Grundstück und die Entfernung zum Nachbarhaus bieten Privatsphäre, Ruhe und Entspannung, selbst mit Hund. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder. Margret und Herbert "
