"VROB 13 Mar to 18 Mar Address: Carnikava Latvia I booked this VROB on the Monday the 11th of March Received the above confirmation. When I arrived on the 13th no one was around even though I received a check in confirmation. I chatted with the Owner & she never heard of VROB & never listed the residence that is in the picture. It’s actually under repairs & renovations so you could not stay in this place anyway. I had to scramble to find another place which I did a few hours later. I...

"Group of guys wanted to go to Riga for a birthday and this was the perfect spot, very near the centre with a sauna and hot tub. "

"A few blocks from main shopping center/movie theater, 15min walk to anything you want. Feels like it's located between upscale and seedy neighborhoods, but Riga feels safe overall. Coming/going is awkward in B building, so ask to be in building A. On site parking. "

"Excellent apartment, had everything we needed and more. Very spacious, big comfy bed, large bathroom. Close to the old town and handy bus stop if you're coming from the airport by bus. Easy check in and good communication from the host. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again"

Great value hotel

"Good value hotel in a great location near the 22 bus stops to and from the airport. On the edge of the old town so within walking distance of all the attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful, I paid 16 euros to extend check out from 12 to 3pm and there’s a room that you can store your luggage in. Although it’s a little dated this is a lovely clean and safe hotel. As a solo female traveller I would definitely recommend it "

"Absolutely fantastic. Would not even consider staying anywhere else when visiting Riga. The staff are exceptional and make you feel very special. We used most of the facilities and all were as you would expect from a high end hotel. Simply brilliant all round."
