"Lovely loft unit in the heart of downtown Port Townsend. Gorgeous views and all you want within walking distance: restaurants, shopping, bars, & Movie theater. Fabulous for all season Puget Sound watching. As noted, stairs are part of the experience but that was expected for us and not an issue. "I have stayed at a lot of great vacation rentals over the years and this place is my absolute favorite. The place was so comfortable, the hosts so hospitable, and the location has everything you need within a 5 mile radius. Just fantastic!"

"We had a group of 5 adults who were in the area for a family wedding. Pioneer house was perfect as it had enough room for us to spread out and it also had areas where we could all gather and tell stories. The house was similar to one I lived in when I was growing up so that was nostalgic! The grounds were amazing and so fu to explore. If we are ever in the area again, I would love to visit The Pioneer House again."
