Lakewood – Hot Tub & Nature Retreat

Inside, you'll find three cozy bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an additional sleeping space in the lower living room, providing plenty of room for family and friends. The **fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and two separate living areas—one with a pool table—**ensure a comfortable and entertaining stay.

While the interior is cozy, the outdoor space is the true highlight. Step onto the spacious porch and take in the soothing sounds of a nearby stream, enjoy the crackling outdoor fireplace, or unwind in the hot tub surrounded by nature.

*We provide a complimentary starter pack of essentials to help you settle in, including basic toiletries and paper products. For your extended stay, please plan to purchase additional items as needed.

*Despite our thorough cleaning efforts, the property's natural setting may result in occasional sightings of bugs or wildlife. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the unique environment.

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:

-If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $300.
-Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
-Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
-An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
-We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
