We stayed for 4 days with our own DO NOT DISTURB sign on our final day, after 5pm, after leaving for the evening the housekeeper walked through the requested DO NOT DISTURB sign. When we discovered the trespass we addressed it by calling the front desk at 1am. I was met with we don't allow do not disturb signs at our property and housekeeping are allowed to enter any room. I questioned this statement as to guest privacy. I was again met "well, the sign is not allowed, sorry". After getting no where and feeling completely violated as well as not sleeping for the remainder of the morning, I called once the manager arrived. By this time however I found it suspicious that our room was entered once we left in the evening, yet every other day we were uninterrupted. When brought to the managers attention they stated there was nonway to prove the sign was there and since they don't provide the sign there is nothing to be done. I also brought up the stink from the bathroom which smelled of sewage that we had encountered upon our return the second to last evening and I was met with we could have switched rooms if you had something. I have had this experience with this hotel before where they call before 10am to confirm you want to switch however the room won't be ready for hours. I found that if the bathroom remained closed and the fan I could say something on the way out but because housekeeping came into our room, they left the bathroom door open & had shut the light off.

First night was terrible got stuck by people smoking and screwing all night til 4am and they couldn’t move me due to being sold out. Front desk was really nice and moved me due a much better room that also looked cleaner. The wall had dried up blood or something by the bed and the bathroom could’ve been cleaned better but can’t expect much for the price.

I reserved a non smoking queen room and i was given the option to take a double room (twin ) or ( queen) smoking room I needed a queen bed so i took smokers rm but i Couldnt breathe in that smokers room also lots of noise employee noise Starting at 7:30

If you are looking for space and to stretch your legs, look somewhere else. These rooms are small and cramped and not very child friendly. And if you are on the bottom floor, expect to hear everyone! Highly recommend to spend the few extra bucks somewhere else on a more nice hotel.
