Hébergia is committed to respecting the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. For this reason, parties are never allowed in our chalets, and the number of guests must not exceed the limit specified in your contract. We also kindly ask you to keep noise levels reasonable. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate expulsion and an additional fee of $500 for any inconvenience caused. Incredible Eastern Township Chalet
We enjoyed the most amazing family ski vacation! This chalet provided us with the such beautiful accommodations after our perfect ski days at Mont Orford. The gorgeous chalet is tucked away in a picturesque treed area, only a short drive into the lovely town of Magog and fantastic ski mountains. Our children loved the foosball table and we all enjoyed the hot tub after our ski days. The beds were very comfortable and the chalet was well equipped with everything we needed! This chalet exceeded our expectations! We will be back!

Country side contempory getaway
Drive to house is through scenic farm land. 25 minutes to Magog. We enjoyed the area, beautiful, lots to do, people very nice. We had problem with starting fireplace. Tried to contact host, took 24 hours for response which was to call between 9-5, we were out past 5 each day. One of the girls figured it out, changed battery in switch. Guide to house is online and in French. House is great for get togethers has large table. Could use a corkscrew.

5 days with the kids and grandkids
We had a very nice stay, the house is perfect for a group of 10. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen table is a perfect size for all of us to eat at the same time. The kitchen is fully functional, there are tons of dishes and glasses and all kinds of pots and pans. Nothing is missing! The children loved the canoe and paddle boat rides, ...bring life jackets for the children as there are only two for adults. We had an issue with windows on the second floor but since it was cool out there was less need to open the windows.

Super chalet!
On a adoré notre séjour au Celeste. :) Le chalet est moderne, propre, très spacieux, chaleureux et parfait pour une grande famille. Le spa et le feu ont été très appréciés également. Tout était fonctionnel! On a eu un petit problème avec une machine qui faisait du bruit dans le garde-robe d'entrée et l'hôte a été réactif pour nous aider à régler le problème! On recommande sans hésiter! Quelques petites notes (qui nous ont vraiment pas empêchées d'apprécier notre séjour, mais au cas où) : - Nous cuisinons beaucoup et nous avons trouvé qu'il manquait un petit peu d'équipement (ex. couteaux de cuisine qui coupent bien) - Ce qui est inclus est assez de base, donc amenez vous des surplus (essuies-tout, sacs de poubelle, papier de toilette de plus, sacs ziploc, etc.), par contre c'est bien indiqué dans l'annonce, donc ce n'était pas une surprise! En général, tout s'est bien passé et on a beaucoup aimé!

Très belle maison récente et bien équipée. Environnement très calme. Tout était propre à notre arrivée et correspondait à l’annonce mais qqs commentaires constructifs à propos d’éléments qui nous empêchent de donner 5 étoiles à ce séjour: nous avons dû aller acheter du savon à linge à plusieurs minutes de route car les draps et serviettes du 2ème étage n’avaient pas été adéquatement séchés avant d’être installés et rangés et une très forte odeur d’humidité s’en dégageait. Le spa n’a jamais atteint plus de 99 degrés et descendait vite une fois ouvert dû à la température extérieure qui avoisinait les 0 degrés… lors de températures vraiment hivernales, l’eau ne sera définitivement pas assez chaude, elle était déjà limite tiède. Le casse- tête disponible manquait environ 100 morceaux. Il aurait été apprécié de fournir un rouleau d’essuie tout, une ou deux capsules de savons à linge… En général une très belle expérience malgré ces petites lacunes mais pour donner 5 étoiles nous aurions apprécié plus d’attention à ces petits détails qui font une grande différence pour un séjour de ce prix.

Super week-end!
Le céleste correspondait aux attentes, bien équipés, luxueux, propre et confortable. Si je me dois d’être vraiment critique je dirais seulement que l’accès au lac était un peu décevant puisque l’eau était trop basse et que j’ai eu des difficultés à faire ma réservation en ligne. Ces points ne m’empêcheraient en aucun cas toutefois de réserver à nouveau. Merci!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce chalet. Grand air ouvert au rez de chaussé. Nous étions trois familles, avec des enfants entre 3 et 5 ans. Il y avait un bel espace pour qu'ils puissent s'amuser. La chambre avec les deux lits superposés était idéale pour les enfants. Deux grandes salles de bain complètes s'y trouvent! Endroit propre et bon confort!
