With 9 large bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, a 1,400 sq. ft. kitchen, and a cozy 800 sq. ft. living room, it’s the perfect spot for family reunions, friends’ getaways, or team retreats. Gather around the fire, relax in the outdoor hot tub.

Step outside and access the Tomifobia Nature Trail directly from the backyard — a 19 km scenic path ideal for cycling, cross-country skiing, or peaceful walks by the river. Just 6 km away, enjoy summer fun at Weir Municipal Beach on beautiful Lake Memphrémagog.
