"We had always walked past this stunning hotel whenever we’d visit Hermanus, promising ourselves we’d treat ourselves one day. Well- we just did- and what a treat it was. Brilliant from the moment we arrived to the moment I we departed. All the staff were super welcoming from the parking to reception (Connor). We were upgraded to the penthouse with the best view ever. "A lovely, clean and tidy room with its own private terrace. The owners were very friendly with great tips on where to visit etc. A great location for a coastal walk. We walked into town which was full of bars and restaurants. Breakfast was served outside and was plentiful and delicious. All in all a really lovely stay. "

"Pleasant stay but many nicer places in Hermanus. 10 minute walk to town. Owner was rather intense in communications. Parking not easy to get in or out of tho we were lucky and got the one more accessible space. Although spa and free bike rentals mentioned in Hotels.com information there was no sight or mention of either.on site . "

"Beautiful property facing the Fynbos and the Ocean at Hermanus. Clear view of the Southern Right whales during whale season located in one of the best spots to see them as well. Steps to the beautiful Cliff Path walk for a morning or afternoon walk and 10 minutes by car to the center of town. Couldn’t be better located in my opinion. "This is a friendly B&B that are so popular is SA. All rooms have great views of the sea and would offer excellent viewing during the season when whales are in the bay. It is also a nice walk into the town centre where there are plenty of restaurants. The room has traditional decoration which is well maintained and clean. "This guesthouse is undoubtedly one of the best beach B&Bs I’ve ever visited. The decor is charming, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Its location is spectacular, offering breathtaking views of the ocean. The hosts were incredibly sweet, making the stay even more enjoyable. The food was outstanding, and the view from the Oyster room was simply unbelievable. A perfect beachside retreat that I highly recommend!"

"Zebra and Eland wild on the property. This was by far my Favorite hotel on our 2 week stay in South Africa from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth. Most beautiful views and the greatest staff! We ate dinner there and it was Amazing! This is a 5 star hotel! I would definitely stay here again! "

"An out of season trip for whale watching. Early in the season so limited success there. Hotel was really clean and comfortable. The honeymoon sweet was lovely. Breakfast choice was nice and the distance from the centre was a 10min walk. The location is very good to the coastal walk. "
