Stampede Loft at The 8 Mile is the best of the West! This upstairs two bedroom, one bath apartment is newly remodeled with a western flair. It is approximately 100 yards from the 8 Mile House and shares the all acreage. The quaint town of Santa Margarita is close by, where you will find antiquing, great restaurants and wine tasting at Ancient Peaks! Surrounded by hiking and biking trails located 5 minutes away, you will love staying at Stampede Loft at the 8 Mile.
Located less than 20 minutes from Shell or Avila Beach, and Santa Margarita Lake (a great fishing spot), 5 minutes from wine tasting/zip ling and only 15 minutes from Downtown San Luis Obispo. County Permit # 6008975

***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home. ***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control. **Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Clean and comfortable.
I was so happy that I chose to stay at this rental. It wasn't too far from Cal Poly (graduation weekend) and I felt so at home. So clean and well taken care of. Beauti ful property.

The house was as expected...super clean! The only drawback was the location...super close to freeway so it was pretty loud.

Great property
The property was great and the management made everything easy. The road was a little tricky to find at first but the directions helped out and we didn’t have any issues. This property is perfect for big or small groups as they have multiple listings.

Just beautiful.
Very clean which was a HUGE, HUGE plus for me and always VERY important. Bed was firm and clearly newer as well which was great. Very impressed with the vacation rental company! They clearly have their ducks in a row in a big way! Only downsides to the property were the busy road that’s fairly close/loud and the fact that it wasn’t very clear that the address didn’t work on Google maps and you had to actually enter in coordinates. Other than that it was a dream! Are you guys hiring!? I’m that impressed! Haha!
