"This was my third stay at this hotel and again I was very satisfied with the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff and the convenient location. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The only thing I would say is that the decor in the rooms is a bit tired and faded and needs updating. But I would very much recommend this hotel. "

"Staff were very good, welcoming and friendly. We had the basic rooms but they were fine, clean, warm, good bathroom. Breakfast choice was good. Nice range of cereals, breads, fruit, continental meats, cheeses and pastries. There was no kettle in the room but we were able to take drinks up from the reception area."

"I’d stay here every time I visit Cologne. It’s convenient for transport with a tram link literally across the road to the shopping areas (one stop) and the main hbf train station (three stops). The staff are scarce but the ones we did speak to were helpful and friendly. We arrived a couple of hours early for check in and they stored our bags free of charge in their secure office. "We just stayed at the Niu Hotel to walk to a music venue at the E-werke in 10-15 minutes, which was perfect. The hotel is spotless and compact, plus the personnel was friendly. The breakfast they offer is good, and I will book my next stay when I am in the Köln area."

"A. Dry friendly hotel. Serves one of the better breakfast that I have had. Nice selection of food. Our first room wasn’t in good working order and they moved us right away no questions asked. The pool is on top of the building so you get a great view of the city. The Spa is very nice as well. Had a great time as the location was a 10 minute walk to all the shopping you wanted and a 10 minute walk to old town for all the food you wanted. If you want Asian food it is all around the hotel. "
