"The three rooms, bedroom, lounge and bathroom were spotless. The location was 10 minutes from train station and close to main street. There were breakfast coupons included for you to go to one of the cafes for coffee and crossant. There were 2 tvs and aircon.. everything worked well. Emailed owner re arrival time and he was there to meet us. Nice man although limited english my partner understood Italian). Lovely place to stay "

"We made a reservation for this place, not really knowing what we were getting into on the way from Crotone to Soverato. "Modern B&B in a converted apartment building. A little difficult to find (other guests staying also had the same problem) as it shows the back entrance on Google maps. Plenty of free, secure parking available once inside. Make sure to notify the property when you are arriving as it is not staffed all the time. Lovely host though. Property is out of town but not a problem if you have a car."

"First time in Calabria, visiting some native friends of the region. The outside was well kept. We loved the open layout of the inside. Kitchen had all the essentials. The owner of the place Eliano was very responsive to any concern/issue we had. Gave a very detailed list of things/need to knows before check-in and just over all a great guy. If we are ever back in Calabria we will defiantly consider staying here again!"
