"A fantastic find for our needs. The owner was exceptionally helpful. Central to the city. Great value for money. We had a great room. However a few things to make it better : 1- the oven/microwave didn’t work even after trying a few times. It needs a master in engineering to make it work. Maybe stick with 2 separate items. 2- Not ideal for light sleepers. Can sadly hear a lot through the walls. 3- although the apartment was clean. I am not too sure the hoover was done. "On booking I received an email advising me that if we booked the Q park in Castle street quoting our booking number, we woukd get half price parking. We did this and it saved us a lot of money. Nice friendly receptionist Clean comfortable room Good service Convenient location "

"A beautiful, elegant hotel in a quiet location. The room was spacious, clean with tv, tea facilities, hairdryer & bath/ shower. Although dinner lacked any real choice as a vegan ( the only option was winter salad minus the honey & mustard vinaigrette) and chunky chips) breakfast was out of this world and the staff were far more accommodating. We accessed the spa facilities with a separate booking, which were amazing. A lovely little relaxing break. "
