"Loved the reception staff nothing too much trouble. We arrived back from our show quite late so no food asked reception for room service but as can’t eat bread sandwiches were a nono for me but sandwiches were delivered for my partner and sandwich fillings for me absolutely delicious and complementary too. We will be back to see you again "

"What a fantastic hotel with even more fantastic staff who made our stay so memorable! Great location with train station right next to it and many buses. The room is full of modern, intelligent space solutions and great quality with finish. The kitchen was fully equipped including coffee pods. That TV goes 360 degrees between living room n bedroom. Bed, bath and views were so lush. Breakfast staff were great, very attentive in the busiest of times. There was a good variety, however the quality of it could be better. There is a pay n display car park under the railway arches just behind the hotel that is much more reasonable than the Q park. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back. "

"Fabulous, our Sheffield ‘go to’ hotel. Lovely staff, efficient check in, great rooms and beds. Perfect location, lots of shops, restaurants and bars close by. We love our ‘second city’ and staying at this wonderful hotel is the icing on the cake!"
