"We stayed in one of Giulio and Marco’s new apartments for a week and had a fantastic time. The amenities, pool, olive groves and sunsets are beautiful. It was easy to get to Pisa and Lucca (20 min) each. Giulio was extremely generous with his time, giving us a detailed tour of the farm and explaining how he is planning to increase biodiversity. Both he and Marco also provided lots of helpful tips on making the most of the area. Definitely recommend!"

"The farmhouse is a simple nice property with wonderful views and host. We loved the authentic Tuscany feeling it offered. Although it was too cool to use the pool during our stay it appeared clean and well kept. There are several cats that liked to come visit us during our stay, being animal lovers we didn't mind. The apartment is not full of amenities but has everything you need, very comfortable and cute. The host was so nice, helpful, and very sweet.. he brought us fresh eggs for breakfast....

"We had a wonderful 2 weeks in Tuscany. What a beautiful place! We loved the quiet peacefulness and the house was perfect for 15 of us. During the daytime you can use the perfect pool or take a sunbath on sun loungers. Great location to visit Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Lucca & Sienna. The hosts Daniela & Danielle were amazing and nothing was a problem. Highly recommended! Thank you :)))"

"The apartment itself is beautiful with plenty of space for our family of 7. We were very disappointed with the lack of thought in the details. For example, there was NO hand soap, no dish soap, no sponge, and not even a garbage bag for trash. We were incredibly upset that after our 7 hour drive we had to go to the store for very basic amenities. And it wasn't as if the apartment was cheap. Rather we had payed quite a bit for the space so it would have been nice to have some basics upon arrival....

"Insgesamt gesehen würden wir dieses Objekt nicht wieder buchen. Zwar schön in den toskanischen Hügeln eingebettet, ist das Objekt sowohl äußerlich als auch technisch in die Jahre gekommen. Zum Ende hin entdeckten wir dann auch noch Kakerlaken in der Küche. Und da war es bei den Damen ganz vorbei. Eine extrem sturzgefährdete Treppe im Obergeschoss ist fast schon als lebensgefährlich zu bezeichnen. Vermieter spricht nur italienisch und etwas französisch. Darauf sollte man sich einstellen. "This was a good experience! We were welcomed by the owners son, who made us feel very welcome and made us 2 fresh cappuccinos on arrival. The view of the landscape from this location was breathtaking. The room was very pretty with exposed brickwork and arches.
