"Pietro was excellent, he made sure we had everything we needed. In the Expedia description it said we would have a microwave, oven top and kettle. When we arrived we had a kettle. Pietro immediately got us a microwave that was also an oven. He supplied us with plates, bowls and cutlery. The staff were all very friendly and pleasant. "The reception was extremely helpful with all our queries even before we got to the property and really helped make sure we had a comfortable stay. The apartment came with amazing views and the basic necessities. The pool was a very nice size and kept clean for us to enjoy. We also booked a horse riding lesson which was with a great instructor and I’d highly recommend a ride if you have the time. Thanks for the hospitality! "

"We had a 4 night’s stay here and used it as our base for tours around Toscany. It is located in a quiet area outside Siena. The apartment was nice and clean. We used the kitchen for minor cooking and that worked well. There is a supermarket close by and small restaurants in the town. The AC was working great.
