"Stranded due to a blizzard in Pratt Ks. Called for an early check-in to get off the road. Sam at front desk was amazing. Upon hearing of our ned to safely get off the road, she arranged to get a room cleaned to allow us in early. As the weather the next day was also questionable, I asked about a late check-out. She was again very accommodating, advising to take as much time as needed to ensure the parking lot and area roads were safe to travel. She definitely knows and practices customer service. This facility is a true gem. Very clean, modern, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. I will not hesitate to stay here again."

"We are mini snowbirds from MN to AZ and we were on our way back. Over the years we have stayed at some interesting places; but we LOVE this place and will drive the extra 90 minutes. Easy check in, very friendly and they even had hot coffee at 3am when we left. So coming back to the Baymont!!!"

"This was a quick trip over the holidays to visit family and I ended up staying here on both the way out and the return. In both cases, the check-in process was flawless and the front-desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and everything was in working order, so no complaints there. The hotel has a quiet hours policy from 10 PM to 6 AM, which is really nice after a long day of driving when all I want to do is get a peaceful night's sleep. First floor rooms are accessible from the outside, which is nice for loading/unloading. If there is a downside, it would be the "breakfast," which is really just coffee, fruit and yogurt. There is a nice restaurant next door (and you can get a discount voucher) if you want something more substantial. Other dining options are nearby."
