"The property was great! Nice touch with the free water bottles, bluetooth speaker and laundry detergent pods. Big building but also quiet in the residential areas. Nice size pool, cool community center. The only issue is the area behind the building where there is a lot of homeless by the train station. "If you dont want to stay in a apartment with a stranger, then this is NOT for you. The person i shared this apartment with was cool overall but almost burnt down the plcae 3x, the sharable portable fan stayed in her room, not considerable for others who may need to use washer and dryer and dishes to cook in, and played her music very loudly! When i booked this room i saw nothing saying "sharable" or else i would have used my $590 somewhere else but once paid it was non-refundable. Be aware...

"The listing was very accurate and the apartment was very nice. Onsite employees were friendly and helpful. I was concerned with parking availability before the trip but used the $10 valet and had no problems. The only draw back was the amount of homeless people in the surrounding area and didn't really work around the area much. We really enjoyed the overall experience and would definately book this apartment again."

"The check in with the door is kind of tricky and the neighborhood is a little rough. But the apartment is beautiful. The beds were comfortable. We never ran out of hot water for the shower. Parking was good. There's no hot tube like listed. The apartment is near a major road running all the way downtown. There are no chain resturants nearby but Grocery store is 5 min away. I would definitely stay again."
