"Se cercate un posto rilassante, curato e pulito questa è la struttura giusta. Un angolo di paradiso con un bel panorama con piscina. L’appartamento è ben arredato. C’erano 2 tv e 2 split ( uno in soggiorno e uno in camera) e un bagno spazioso. Tra gli ulivi ci sono giochi per bambini. C’è anche un barbecue dove farsi delle buone grigliate. "Für Familien mit Kindern super.Viel Garten zum Toben und Spielen oder im Schatten (Sonne natürlich auch) liegen. Der Pool hat richtige Größe zum Springen und Schwimmen u angenehme Temperatur im Sommer,auch wenn er geteilt wird. Wir waren die meiste Zeit alleine drin. Für extrem heiße Tage kühlt die Klimaanlage im Haus. Der Sandstrand in Senigallia ist in 15 - 20Minuten erreichbar. Die schönen Klippenstrände von Sirolo od Numana sind eine knappe Stunde weg. "Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... "Look no further if you want a fantastic and relaxing place to stay in Marche. The house is extremely comfortable and the garden and pool absolutely perfect. The views from the house are stunning. We were so well looked after by Alessandro and Ricardo - very attentive but in no way intrusive- a thoroughly warm Italian welcome. We would not hesitate to return to this wonderful house."

"The property was incredibly quiet, which made for restful nights. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the common areas. Excellent breakfast. The location is 5min walking to train and bus station. The staff at reception were especially friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel."
