"This was a very nice small hotel. The staff was so friendly and competent from the front desk to security. The bed was so comfortable, rivaling well-known 5 star resort hotel beds. Everything went smoothly even before arriving, arranging an airport transfer all the way through departure. The room was great as were the amenities. Nice selection of tea in the room, plus coffee. "This is a unique small boutique hotel. The taxi I had arranged from the airport to the hotel never showed up even though I had the confirmation in writing. The welcome drink was never delivered to the restaurant for me. My room had water on the bathroom floor when I checked in. I waited over 75 minutes for two tacos to be served. "This is our second visit here. We love the intimate size and the situation of the hotel. It is generally very quiet. Views are stunning. The garden is lovely. The buildings need a bit of maintenance, in particular a fresh coat of paint. The restaurant menu could be significantly improved with fresh fish and more local fruit and vegetables. We love the cocktails and smoothies! "
